In fiscal year 2016-2017, MZHF awarded new grants totaling approximately $4,506,000. Of this total, approximately $1,540,000 was allocated from unrestricted funds, $569,000 was allocated from research funds, $566,000 was allocated from patient care funds, $131,000 was allocated from education funds, and $1,700,000 was allocated from advised funds.
